Secure File Exchange

Many times, clients and accountants need to exchange data files back and forth, and since sending confidential information through email is not always secure, STOUT STUART McGOWEN & KING LLP is providing a secure file exchange portal for clients to use for transferring files. An account is needed to transfer files with Secure File Exchange.

If you just need to send a file to your accountant and will not be receiving any files back, you can use Secure Send.

Secure File Exchange is specifically for data transfer and is not a replacement for Client Portal. Client Portal is a secure portal login that allows clients to access copies of their tax returns and financial papers that have been made available from our document management system. Depending on the circumstances, your client may make these files available through Secure File Exchange.
